Policy regarding the use of cookies
This Policy defines the rules for storing and accessing information on users’ devices via cookies, used to provide services electronically.

I. Definitions
Cookies – means data information, in particular, small text files, saved and stored on devices through which the user accesses the websites of the Service.
Own Cookies – means cookies placed by the Administrator, related to the provision of services electronically by the Administrator through the Service.
External Cookies – means cookies placed by the Administrator’s partners via the website of the Service.
Service – means the website or application through which the Administrator operates the website, operating in the domain(s) xxxxxx.
Device – means an electronic device through which the user accesses the Service.
User – means an entity for which, according to the Terms and Conditions and applicable laws, services may be provided electronically or with whom an electronic services agreement may be concluded.

II. Types of Cookies Used
The cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User’s Device. In particular, this method does not allow viruses or other unwanted software or malicious software to access Users’ Devices. These files allow to identify the software used by the User and customize the Service individually for each User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain from which they come, the time they are stored on the Device, and an assigned value.
The Administrator uses two types of cookies:
Session Cookies: are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until the session of the given browser is terminated. The information stored is then permanently deleted from the Device’s memory. The session cookie mechanism does not allow for the retrieval of any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device.
Persistent Cookies: are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until they are deleted. The end of the session of the given browser or turning off the Device does not cause them to be removed from the User’s Device. The persistent cookie mechanism does not allow for the retrieval of any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device.
The User has the option to limit or disable access to cookies to their Device. In the event of using this option, using the Service will be possible, except for features that, by their nature, require cookies.

III. Purposes for which Cookies are Used
The Administrator uses Own Cookies for the following purposes:

Service Configuration
i) to customize the content of the Service’s web pages to the User’s preferences and optimize the use of the Service’s web pages;
ii) to recognize the User’s device and its location and appropriately display the website tailored to their individual needs;
iii) to remember the settings selected by the User and to personalize the User interface, e.g., regarding the chosen language or region the User is from;
iv) to remember the history of visited pages in the service to recommend content;
v) font size, appearance of the website, etc.

User authentication in the service and maintaining user sessions
i) to maintain the User’s session in the Service (after logging in), so the User does not have to re-enter their login and password on each subpage of the Service;
ii) for proper configuration of selected features of the Service, enabling, in particular, verification of the authenticity of the browser session;
iii) to optimize and increase the efficiency of services provided by the Administrator.

Carrying out processes necessary for the full functionality of the websites
i) to customize the content of the Service’s web pages to the User’s preferences and optimize the use of the Service’s web pages. In particular, these files allow recognizing the basic parameters of the User’s Device and appropriately displaying the website adapted to their individual needs;
ii) for the proper operation of the partner program, enabling, in particular, the verification of the sources of traffic redirects to the Service’s websites.

Remembering the User’s location
i) for proper configuration of selected features of the Service, enabling, in particular, the customization of delivered information to the User, taking into account their location.

Analysis, research, and audience auditing
i) to create anonymous statistics that help understand how Users of the Service use the Service’s websites, which enables improving their structure and content.

Providing advertising services
i) to customize the advertisements presented through the Service for the services and products of third-party companies;

Ensuring the security and reliability of the service

IV. The ability to determine the conditions for storing or accessing Cookies
The User can independently and at any time change cookie settings, determining the conditions for their storage and access by cookies to the User’s Device. Changes to the settings mentioned in the previous sentence can be made through the web browser settings or through service configuration. These settings can be changed in particular to block automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform about each placement of cookies on the User’s device. Detailed information on the possibility and methods of handling cookies is available in the software settings (web browser).
The User can at any time delete cookies using the available features in the web browser they use.
Limiting the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the Service’s website.
